I made this for a friend's baby shower a few weeks ago. I thought it turned out really cute. It was a perfect center piece and was not very expensive. Next time I think I will just hot glue one flower in the middle of the ribbon to make it look more modern. I don't think you can tell from the picture but it has a little pair of pink shoes on the top.

On the Arbonne thing, I thought it was a life long membership. I think it was about two years ago when I ordered last.
